HI MY NAME IS MATT BRIDGES AND I RUN MB SPORTS MEDICINE. I HAVE BEEN WORKING IN THE HEALTH AND PERSONAL TRAINING INDUSTRY SINCE 2007. MY MISSION IS TO HELP OTHERS REALIZE HOW GOOD THEY CAN FEEL. GETTING IN SHAPE REQUIRES HARD WORK, DEDICATION AND CONSISTENCY, BUT THE ROAD WILL BE EASIER WITH A PROVEN COACH WHO'S THERE TO GUIDE YOU IN THE DIRECTION YOUR GOALS DICTATE. HELPING OTHERS IS MY PASSION AND I JUST OPENED MY FIRST PRIVATE PERSONAL TRAINING FACILITY DEDICATED TO THOSE CLIENTS WHO ARE LOOKING FOR A CLEAN, PRIVATE PERSONAL TRAINING FACILITY IN PACIFIC BEACH.
