HI, MY NAME IS MATT BRIDGES AND I RUN MB SPORTS MEDICINE. I SPECIALIZE IN PROVIDING THERAPY AND PERSONAL TRAINING. I HAVE OVER 12 YEARS EXPERIENCE IN THE FIELD AND I HAVE WORKED WITH NUMEROUS PRO ATHLETES AND PRO TEAMS. WHEN WORKING WITH REHABILITATION CLIENTS, I TAKE A TOTAL BODY APPROACH. DURING OUR FIRST MEETING, I WILL LISTEN TO YOU AS YOU WALK ME THROUGH YOUR ISSUES. THEN, I WILL PERFORM A FULL MOVEMENT EVALUATION AND LISTEN TO YOUR BODY TO TRULY UNCOVER THE ROOT OF YOUR PAIN AND IMBALANCES. I ALSO PRIORITIZE THE SMALL DETAILS WHEN IT COMES TO TRAINING CLIENTS. IN THE END, THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN GETTING STRONGER AND POSSIBLY GETTING HURT LIES IN THESE SMALL DETAILS. MOST IMPORTANTLY, I TREAT EACH SESSION AS IF IT’S THE MOST IMPORTANT SESSION OF THE DAY TO ENSURE I DELIVER THE QUALITY EACH CLIENT DESERVES.

I HAVE ALSO RECENTLY ADDED EXPERT MALE AND FEMALE PERSONAL TRAINERS TO MY TEAM TO ACCOMMODATE MORE PERSONAL TRAINING CLIENTELE. EACH MEMBER OF MY STAFF HOLDS MASTERS DEGREES AND MOST IMPORTANTLY SHARE MY PASSION FOR MOVEMENT AND ASSISTING OTHERS REACH THEIR GOALS. When it comes to rehabilitation and therapy, I take a full-body approach. Compared to most physical therapist where they can only focus and treat one issue, I look at the body as a whole. After all, it's a very complicated fully-connected system that often has multiple imbalances that need to be corrected if you truly want to get to a pain-free state.  I will perform a movement screen, test your range of motion and then determine the appropriate course of action to eradicate the chronic/acute pain that you may be experiencing. Once I determine what areas need to be treated, I combine Graston Technique, myofascial cupping and therapeutic exercise to solve your issues.
