In 2009, I embarked on a mission to transform personal training sessions. Recognizing that many training methods relied on conjecture and myths, I adopted a science-based approach grounded in evidence. My focus is on correcting imbalances, alleviating pain, and enhancing overall strength, performance, and well-being.

While many trainers prioritize pushing their clients to their limits with heavy weights or excessive conditioning, I emphasize a gradual progression. I pay careful attention to form and ensure that each client leaves their session feeling stronger, energized, and motivated to return.
