IN 2009, I SET OUT TO CHANGE HOW PERSONAL TRAINING SESSIONS TOOK PLACE. IN A WORLD WHERE TRAINING METHODOLOGIES WERE BASED PRIMARILY OFF CONJECTURE AND MYTHS, I DECIDED TO TAKE A EVIDENCE AND SCIENCE-BASED APPROACH. I FOCUS ON CORRECTING IMBALANCES, ERADICATING PAIN, IN ADDITION TO INCREASING OVERALL STRENGTH, PERFORMANCE AND WELL-BEING.

 

WHILE MOST TRAINERS ARE FOCUSED ON BREAKING DOWN THEIR CLIENTS WITH TOO MUCH WEIGHT OR EXCESSIVE CONDITIONING, I FOCUS ON SLOWLY PROGRESSING CLIENTS, GIVING INTENTIONAL DETAIL TO FORM AND MOST IMPORTANTLY, MAKING SURE EACH CLIENT LEAVES THEIR SESSION FEELING STRONGER, MORE ENERGIZED AND MOTIVATED TO RETURN TO THEIR NEXT SESSION.
