In 2009, Matt set out to change the way personal training and rehabilitation were delivered by replacing guesswork and fitness myths with a science-based, evidence-driven approach. His focus has always been on correcting movement imbalances, reducing pain, and building strength that improves long-term health, performance, and confidence.
Clients may come in for injury rehabilitation, weight loss, muscle gain, or performance enhancement—and many benefit from a blend of rehab and training within the same program. Every client begins with a movement and strength assessment, allowing care to transition seamlessly from pain relief and movement restoration to structured strength and conditioning when appropriate.
Rather than pushing clients to exhaustion, MB Sports Medicine emphasizes proper mechanics, gradual progression, and intelligent loading. Sessions are designed so clients leave feeling stronger, energized, and motivated—while building bodies that are resilient, capable, and sustainable over time.
